Returns form

Even if it is annoying, it happens.
Nevertheless, we would like to ask you to support us in processing your return.
In order for us to process this quickly, we need a few details about the product, its purchase, as well as details about the problem and the installation. Please take a moment to fill out this returns form in detail.

Please note that returns without a detailed error description in the returns form will not be processed or answered! 
Fault descriptions discussed by telephone are not included in the warranty processing! 


Please note the option of a chargeable advance rate in the event of tight time management.
Warranty processing usually takes 7 working days after receipt of the product if the form has been completed in full.

General information

The following contractual terms and conditions apply to all purchase, exchange, service, work delivery, work and similar contracts that we conclude or intend to conclude with the purchasers of our goods and services. We shall only be bound by contractual relationships deviating from these if we have expressly recognised them in writing or if they comply with mandatory law. We shall not be bound by the customer's terms and conditions of purchase, even if we do not object to them. By placing an order, the customer recognises these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.

Prices, offers

The invoice amounts are to be paid net without any deductions no later than 10 days after the invoice date. After expiry of this period, AUTARKING AG shall be entitled to demand default interest of 7 %. The withholding of payments due to any claims of the customer, as well as offsetting against any counterclaims, are excluded. The same provisions shall apply in the case of partial deliveries.

Retention of title

The goods shall remain the property of AUTARKING AG until the date of full payment. It has the right to have the retention of title entered in the relevant register at the customer's expense.

Terms of delivery

All deliveries are made on advance payment or on account and at the risk of the customer. Any claims for damages or cancellation of the order as a result of a delay in delivery cannot be recognised. AUTARKING AG is not obliged to insure the goods against transport damage. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries and to invoice them separately. If delivery is postponed at the request of the customer, AUTARKING AG shall have the right to adjust the prices on which the order is based.

Complaints and warranty

Complaints must be made immediately upon arrival of the goods, otherwise the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted. Consignments with any transport damage are to be accepted with reservations and returned to the transport company concerned for
The customer must notify AUTARKING AG within the statutory period in the event of a claim. AUTARKING AG shall only be liable for defective material to the extent that AUTARKING AG, at its discretion, either takes back the parts delivered or services rendered or delivers new parts. A claim for cancellation or reduction shall only exist if the defect cannot be remedied. The warranty covers NOT the reimbursement of ancillary expenses such as installation and removal costs, transport and follow-up costs, etc. Postage costs are always borne by the customer. All verbal and written information on the installation and use of our products is provided to the best of our knowledge, without assuming any liability. Damage caused by gross negligence and improper handling is not covered. In all other respects, the warranty provisions of the respective manufacturer apply. In principle, electronic components are not covered by warranty.


Returns

As a general rule, returns or exchanges can only be made if this has been agreed with us in advance. We require a copy of the delivery note or invoice for all returns. In addition, every return must be justified! Only undamaged and unassembled new parts in their original packaging can be returned. Opened sets will not be taken back. Parts ordered especially for you and customised products will not be taken back.

Credit notes

We will credit you for the full amount, including postage and packaging, for parts that we have delivered incorrectly or defective, provided they are returned to us within 8 days. For later returns, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee. We will credit you with a restocking fee of 20 % for parts that you ordered incorrectly or for other reasons. You will be charged the postage and packaging costs. Electronic components will not be taken back; no returns possible. Returns worth less than CHF 20 cannot be credited for cost reasons.

Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction

The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction shall be WEESEN. The seller expressly waives the ordinary place of jurisdiction.

Final provisions

Any disputes shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law and the place of jurisdiction shall be WEESEN. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
